We have done custom renovation, rehabilitation, and restoration projects on every scale – from extended patios and garage conversions to period treatments for heritage buildings and large commercial commissions (see Chedabucto Bay marina design, Nova Scotia).  These projects require special consideration, because the team is dealing with existing structure and materials (some of which, on close inspection, turn out to be damaged or compromised) and very often with a homeowner or family living on site during the time of construction. We understand that alterations to your home can be disruptive.

Our crew and subcontractors – all with a proven record of reliability and excellent service  – take special care to be tidy and timely.  Construction always generates some degree of noise, mess, and inconvenience (it’s the nature of the beast), but we will communicate with you every step of the way so that your experience with us is a positive one.
