This custom Arts & Crafts residence blends timeless design with modern comfort. Inspired by Charles Dickey’s distinctive roofline, the home features expansive lanai patios that connect seamlessly to the surrounding landscape. Massive reclaimed Douglas fir beams frame the entry porte-cochère, leading to a warm interior highlighted by solid cherry cabinetry and Silestone countertops. A gas-heated lanai off the kitchen and master suite extends the living space outdoors, perfect for year-round entertaining. The design includes an integrated four-bay garage and a second-storey studio room, combining function and elegance. Set against a backdrop of lush forest, this home reflects craftsmanship, sustainability, and harmony with nature.
