Chedabucto Bay Trading Co.

In 2002, David Coulson worked on a Community/ Commercial Revitalization Project in the shiretown of Guysborough, Nova Scotia. The project included the design and creation of the “Chedabucto Bay Trading Company,” a brewery and pub, a multi-faceted mercantile, a community arts and cultural centre, a marine outfitters facility and a $500,000 marina.

Created to be a joint venture with private and public sector funding, this entire project from brew plant design, street lighting and landscaping, from business plan strategies to public sector lobbying- all was included in the services provided by David Coulson Design.
