Description to come.
This project involved the thoughtful renovation of a 100-year-old building, skillfully transforming it into an elegant residence that beautifully blends classic charm with a strong modern presence. The original structure was preserved and enhanced with clean architectural lines, natural materials, and contemporary finishes, creating a timeless yet current aesthetic. The newly added extension integrates seamlessly with the original volume, both in form and materials, contributing to a harmonious and cohesive ensemble.
Large windows and open spaces connect the interior with the lush surrounding landscape, while modern amenities bring comfort without compromising the building’s historic character. The result is a refined and welcoming home that honors its legacy while confidently embracing the future — a model of balanced, respectful renovation and architectural continuity.
