How We Work

In our company, work is typically project-based and involves a collaborative process focused on designing and overseeing the construction of buildings. Our design team works closely with clients, consultants, and construction teams to develop plans, manage projects, and ensure buildings are constructed according to design specifications.

For renovations, we will visit the site, take photographs and measurements, and produce a set of ‘as found’ drawings. These will be the base on which every decision – large or small – is made.

The production of as-found plans is completed at the time of your second consultation meeting with our design team. Here is your opportunity to fine-tune answers to our original design questionnaire and to voice further ideas, questions, or concerns.

Finaly, all the information offered by you and feasibility studies results are put together to create foundation of the process that helps us to bring you that exciting first proposal. Don’t be shy about making changes to our design – that’s your job! We welcome as much input as you can give, and we thrive on a challenge. Once we are all satisfied that the concept is sound, the proposed structure is practical, and the project is reliable – we prepare the construction plans
